As a customer you have the right to cancel any purchaseby notifying Choke accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or it's representative received the Product ordered (withdrawal period). Products in perfect condition will be withdrawal.

Cost of shipping is paid by he customer, also if the shipping fee was free or reduced by an offer. We like to help you with advises if you want to change your product with another one or if you just want a payback. Money returns latest after 30 days.

Remember always to collect your package!


Aspire by Choke follows consumer protection legislation with complaints. Please complain directly when you recognize a failure. If we wouldn't get an agreement, wefollow guidlines provided by the National Board for Customer Complains.

We replace the product with a new one. Is it impossible for us to replace the product we will return the money within 30 days. With complaints the cost of shipping is paid by the customer.
